The invention relates to the field of ceramic production, provides transparent ceramic and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problem of high production difficulty of the transparentceramic. The transparent ceramic provided by the invention is prepared by the following steps: S10, taking 90-100 parts by mass of nano aluminum oxide powder, 3-5 parts by mass of nano carbon powder,1-2 parts by mass of micron carbon powder, 0.05-0.1 parts by mass of yttrium oxide, 0.01-0.05 parts by mass of lanthanum oxide and 0.1-0.5 parts by mass of magnesium oxide; S20, mixing the nano aluminum oxide powder with the nano carbon powder and the micron carbon powder, performing ball milling for 1h, drying, sieving, and calcining in a nitrogen atmosphere at 1650-1750 DEG C for 2h to obtain intermediate powder; and S30, mixing the intermediate powder with the yttrium oxide, the lanthanum oxide and the magnesium oxide, carrying out ball milling for 1h, drying, sieving, pressing the obtainedpowder into a brick, carrying out cold isostatic pressing molding under 200MPa, sintering at 1800-2000 DEG C for 4h, and cooling to obtain the transparent ceramic. The preparation method of the transparent ceramic is adjusted to enlarge the volume of the transparent ceramic and reduce the production difficulty.
本发明涉及陶瓷生产领域,提供一种透明陶瓷及其制备方法,用于解决透明陶瓷生产难度大的问题。本发明提供的透明陶瓷,包括:S10.取纳米氧化铝粉90~100质量份,纳米碳粉3~5质量份,微米碳粉1~2质量份,氧化钇0.05~0.1质量份,氧化镧0.01~0.05质量份,氧化镁0.1~0.5质量份;S20.将纳米氧化铝粉体同纳米碳粉、微米碳粉混合后球磨1h,烘干,过筛后,在氮气气氛中1650~1750℃煅烧2h得到中间粉体;S30.将中间粉体同氧化钇、氧化镧、氧化镁混合,球磨1h,烘干,过筛,将得到的粉体压制成砖,在200MPa下冷等静压成型,在1800~2000℃下烧结4h,冷却后,得到透明陶瓷。对透明陶瓷的制备方法进行调整,以扩大透明陶瓷的体积,降低生产难度。
