The invention belongs to a preparation method of a modified carbon-carbon composite material, the modified carbon-carbon composite material comprises the following raw materials: an integral carbon felt, a flat felt and carbon cloth, and the preparation method comprises the following steps of: folding, heating and nitrogen treatment, wherein the folding treatment stacks the integral carbon felt, the flat felt and the carbon cloth to support a plane structure to form a prefabricated member; the heating treatment comprises the following steps: putting the prefabricated member into a resistance heating furnace, before putting of the resistance heating furnace, extracting air in the furnace, inputting argon, heating kerosene in a furnace cavity of the resistance heating furnace, and continuously inputting nitrogen into the resistance heating furnace until the furnace temperature is reduced to room temperature during the heating treatment of the resistance heating furnace, and shutting downthe furnace when kerosene in furnace cavity is exhausted and power fails, thus obtaining the composite material. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and short in period, the compact carbon composite material can be rapidly and efficiently obtained, and the preparation cost can be effectively reduced.
本发明属于一种改性碳碳复合材料制备方法,其原料为:整体碳毡、平板毡以及碳布,其制备方法为:折叠‑加热‑氮气处理,所述折叠处理为:将整体碳毡、平板毡以及碳布层叠支撑平面结构,为预制件,所述加热处理为:将预制件投入到电阻加热炉中,在电阻加热炉投入前,将炉内的空气抽出,输入氩气,电阻加热炉炉腔中加热煤油,在电阻加热炉加热处理时,需要持续向电阻加热炉内输入氮气,直到炉温降至室温为止,当炉腔中煤油耗尽断电停炉得到碳复合材料,本发明制备方法简单、周期短,可快速高效的得到致密的碳复合材料,可有效的降低制备成本。
