Durable foam concrete
The invention discloses durable foam concrete, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. A preparation method of the concrete comprises the following steps: when the product is prepared, firstly, weighing the raw materials, and equally dividing water in the raw materials into three parts; mixing cement, carbonized rice hull fibers, microcrystalline cellulose, mirabilite and 2/3 ofwater, and carrying out high-viscosity kneading for 45-60 minutes to obtain a kneaded material; heating the kneaded material to 55-75 DEG C, adding a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and the rest 1/3of water, stirring and mixing, injecting into a mold, standing for foaming, curing and demolding to obtain a green body; and adding the green body and silicate ester into a reaction kettle, sealing, pressurizing to 0.3-0.5 MPa, heating to 85-95 DEG C, carrying out heat preservation reaction, and discharging to obtain the durable foam concrete. The product obtained in the invention has good mechanical properties, and the foam strength of the product also has good tolerance to water and temperature.
本发明公开了一种耐久型泡沫混凝土,属于建筑材料技术领域。在制备产品时,先称量原料,并将原料中的水等分为三份;将水泥、炭化稻壳纤维、微晶纤维素、芒硝和2/3的水混合后,高粘捏合45~60min,得捏合料;将捏合料加热到55~75℃,再加入发泡剂、稳泡剂和剩余1/3的水,搅拌混合后,注模,静停发泡,养护,脱模,得坯体;将坯体和硅酸酯加入反应釜中,密闭后,加压至0.3~0.5MPa,随后升温至85~95℃,保温反应后,出料,即得耐久型泡沫混凝土。本申请所得产品具有良好的力学性能,且产品泡沫强度对水分和温度的抵抗能力也具有良好的耐受性能。
