The concrete grinding machine structurally comprises a lining plate machine frame grinding disc, a shaft belt disc frame seat, a shaft driving motor, a power distribution groove block, a frequency conversion column cap seat, an upright post shell block and moving wheels. The lining plate machine frame grinding disc is used to cooperate with theshaft belt disc frame seat; the shaft belt disc frame seat drives a brush plate shaft frame block and a support frame petal wheel body to rotate in a support rod fan lining plate; a fine division pipepenetration bubble pressing phenomenon of dragging an outer brush plate by a penetrating type lining plate is formed in a ground thick wheel ring; the uniform ground surface overlaying of a concretesurface after the concrete cladded bubble ventilation extraction is guaranteed, and settlement overlaying performance is formed on pointed cone protruded sand and stones, so that bubbles are exhaustedand eliminated in different pipes; the compactness of the concrete is improved; the occurrence of a honeycomb-shaped inner layer structure is avoided; the uniform fluid medium and the thick and thinoverlapping compactness at the fault surface of the concrete are guaranteed; the flatness of the exhausting during grinding and secondary turning pressing filling coverage is improved; and the stability of a safety coefficient and a load bearing coefficient of the concrete is guaranteed.
