The invention relates to a method for delayed curing agent hydration reaction and fluidized sludge one-stop consolidating-curing. In the dredged mud hydraulic reclamation process, delayed curing agentpowder is added, wherein a delayed curing agent is a curing agent of which the surface is coated with a layer of degradable waterproof film, and the curing agent is not subjected to a curing reactionin the initial stage; and at the moment, a vacuum consolidation method is adopted to process dredged mud, after the vacuum consolidation processing is completed, the waterproof film is completely degraded, and the curing agent makes connect with water in the dredged mud to generate a curing reaction. According to the method, two technologies of traditional stock dump dredged mud vacuum negative pressure consolidation processing and addition of the curing agent for curing processing are orderly integrated into a whole, and thus the water content in the dredged mud is reduced, and the construction cost is also reduced.
