The invention discloses a precast concrete pile processing method. The method comprises the steps that a first steel sheet and a second steel sheet are arranged at the two ends of a concrete pile reinforcement cage, an end plate I at one end of the concrete pile reinforcement cage is fixedly connected through a first bolt, an end plate II at one end of the concrete pile reinforcement cage is fixedly connected through a second bolt, the first bolt extends out of the end plate I, the second bolt extends out of the end plate II, the first steel sheet and the second steel sheet are fixed to the two ends of a mold, prestress is applied to a main reinforcement through the first steel sheet and the second steel sheet, concrete is poured into a concrete pile mold, after the concrete is solidified,the steel sheets and the bolts are removed to form a prefabricated concrete pile, and on the formed precast concrete pile, the first bolt and the second bolt form a first containing groove and a second containing groove in the two ends of the concrete pile correspondingly. The invention further discloses the prefabricated concrete pile. The prefabricated concrete pile processed through the methodcan be used for achieving rapid connection of the pile through a mechanical connector.
本发明公开了一种预制混凝土桩的加工方法,包括在混凝土桩钢筋笼两端安装第一钢板和第二钢板,然后通过第一螺栓将混凝土桩钢筋笼一端的端头板Ⅰ固定连接,通过第二螺栓将混凝土桩钢筋笼一端的端头板Ⅱ固定连接,第一螺栓从端头板Ⅰ中伸出,第二螺栓从端头板Ⅱ中伸出,第一钢板和第二钢板分别固定在模具的两端,通过第一钢板和第二钢板对主筋施加预应力,并向混凝土桩模具中浇筑混凝土,混凝土凝固后将钢板和螺栓去除形成预制混凝土桩,在形成的预制混凝土桩上,第一螺栓和第二螺栓在混凝土桩的两端分别形成第一容纳凹槽和第二容纳凹槽。本发明还公开了一种预制混凝土桩,通过该方法加工的预制混凝土桩可用于使用机械接头实现桩的快速连接。
