The invention discloses a suspended ballast type offshore wind turbine floating type foundation structure. The structure comprises a wind turbine, a floating type supporting foundation and mooring ropes. The floating type supporting foundation comprises a connecting steel support, buoys, suspension chain ropes and a suspended ballast structure. A floating body on the upper part and the suspended ballast structure on the lower part are connected together through the suspension chain rope. Intermediate steel is saved, so that the steel consumption is reduced, and the cost is reduced. Diagonal bracing steel supports and a central steel support are arranged at certain angles, bending moment on the central steel support is converted into tension and pressure on the diagonal bracing steel supports, stress is more reasonable, and the included angle between every two planes formed by the axes of the diagonal bracing steel supports and the axes of radial steel supports is 120 degrees. The mooring cables and the suspension chain ropes are both fixed on the radial steel supports, only hydrostatic restoring force/moment load is transmitted between the buoys and the radial steel supports, stress is more reasonable, and stress damage between the buoys and the radial steel supports is effectively relieved.
