The prestressed high-strength concrete pipe pile comprises a force application box and a strength monitor, wherein a lower forceapplication plate is fixed to the bottom of the force application box through a first series of bolt sets; the upper surface of the lower force application plate makes contact with the bottom end of alower end cover; the lower end cover is arranged at the bottom end of a concrete pipe column; a cleaning box and a movement box are sequentially arranged in the concrete pipe column from top to bottom; an upper end cover is arranged at the top end of the concrete pipe column; the top end of the upper end cover makes contact with the lower surface of an upper force application plate; the right portion of the lower surface of the upper force application plate is fixedly connected with the top end of a pull-back rod; and the bottom end of the pull-back rod stretches into the force application box. According to the technical scheme, the technical problems that in the prior art, the capacity of applying cyclic prestress is not achieved, and strength monitoring, displacement type automatic cleaning and the like of the interior of the concrete pipe column cannot be achieved are effectively solved, and application and popularization are facilitated.
