Reinforcing construction method for concrete column with freeze-thaw damage
The invention provides a reinforcing construction method for a concrete column with freeze-thaw damage. The method is based on the hoop effect principle of carbon fibers, the surface of concrete withfreeze-thaw damage is treated, then the concrete column with freeze-thaw cracks is reinforced, and the carbon fibers are pasted to achieve the purpose of improving the bearing capacity. The technicalproblems that an existing freeze-thaw concrete column reinforcing method is not ideal enough in reinforcing effect, and consequently the reinforcing efficiency is low are solved. After the surface ofthe freeze-thaw concrete column is treated, the carbon fibers are pasted to the surface of the concrete column through an adhesive, the surface carbon fibers form a circular arc whole, after the column is expanded under pressure, the high-strength carbon fibers pasted to the surface of the column prevent the column from expanding to form the hoop effect, and then the bearing capacity of the carbonfiber reinforced column is improved.
本发明提供一种用于冻融损伤的混凝土柱的加固施工方法,该方法是基于碳纤维的环箍效应原理,先对冻融损伤混凝土表面进行处理,再对带有冻融裂隙的混凝土柱进行补强,粘贴碳纤维以达到提高承载力目的,旨在解决现有冻融混凝土柱加固方法还存在着加固效果不够理想,导致补强效率较低的技术问题。通过对冻融混凝土柱表面进行处理后,利用粘合剂对碳纤维粘结在混凝土柱表面,使表面碳纤维形成圆弧形整体,柱受到压力膨胀后,粘贴在柱表面的高强碳纤维阻止柱膨胀形成套箍效应,进而提高碳纤维加固柱的承载能力。
