The invention discloses a quickly-mounted type electric power overhaul fence rod fastener. The fastener comprises a first half pipe part and a second half pipe part which can be spliced into a casingpipe embracing an electric power pole, one side edge of the first half pipe part and one side edge of the second half pipe part are hinged through a first shaft, and the other side edge of the first half pipe part and the other side edge of the second half pipe part are buckled and fixed through a buckle; and elastic bodies which are elastically pressed against the electric power pole are arrangedon the inner sides of the first half pipe part and the second half pipe part. When the first half pipe part and the second half pipe part rotate around the first shaft to form a casing pipe shape, the electric power pole is sleeved with the casing pipe, and therefore quick mounting can be conveniently achieved.
