The invention discloses a corner connecting structure and a shutter. The corner connecting structure comprises a corner base and a traction rope reversing roller, wherein the corner base comprises a transverse inserting arm, a longitudinal inserting arm and a rope wheel base arranged between the transverse inserting arm and the longitudinal inserting arm; a rope wheel mounting cavity is formed inthe rope wheel base, and a longitudinal rope inlet channel and a transverse rope outlet channel which communicate with the rope wheel mounting cavity are further formed in the rope wheel base; the longitudinal rope inlet channel is provided with a rope inlet allowing a traction rope to penetrate through, and the transverse rope outlet channel is provided with a rope outlet allowing the traction rope to penetrate through; a one-way bearing is arranged in the traction rope reversing roller and mounted in the rope wheel mounting cavity through a rolling shaft; when the traction rope drives a shutter blind to ascend, the one-way bearing of the traction rope reversing roller is in a locked state; and when the traction rope drives the shutter blind to descend, the one-way bearing is in a movablestate. According to the corner connecting structure and the shutter, the situation that the shutter blind slides downwards when ascending to a preset position can be avoided, and errors are reduced.
