BIDIRECTIONAL CIRCULATING MOPPING TYPE MULTIFUNCTIONAL SWEEPER
A bidirectional circulating mopping type multifunctional sweeper, which is an integral mechanism designed by combining and optimizing a sweeping device (12), a garbage loading box (1) and a power electromechanical driving mechanism that are in the same horizontal line but in different directions, and then installing an auxiliary electric sweeping edge brush (19). The cleaning device (12) is composed of three shaft rollers (4) having obtuse triangle cross sections, a wide leather conveyor belt (2) and a cleaning plate brush (3). The garbage loading box (1) comprises a garbage bin (9), a garbagestop plate (5), a garbage slide plate (18) and an elastic bottom contact floorboard (8). The power electromechanical driving mechanism is mainly composed of an electromechanical cleaning machine (6),an electromechanical driving machine (14), an energy source (7), a frame (17), a chassis (16), wheels (15), a lifting device and a driving operation system (13). The described solution may be designed according to working needs and power magnitude, has a wide scope of applications, has low manufacturing costs, has low energy consumption during cleaning, is highly efficient without collecting dust, and has the functions of clearing garbage, dust, snow and drainage.
一种双向循环拖扫式多功能清扫车，是由处以同一水平线不同方向的清扫装置（12）、垃圾起装箱（1）、和动力机电行驶机构加以组合优化，再安装上辅助电动清扫边涮（19），设计而成的一个整体机构。清扫装置（12）是由截面构成钝角三角形的三根轴辊（4），宽皮输送带（2），清扫板面刷（3）组成。垃圾起装箱（1）包含垃圾桶（9）、垃圾拦板（5）、垃圾滑板（18）、弹性触底地板（8）。动力机电行驶机构主要是由清扫机电（6），行驶机电（14），能源（7），车架（17），底盘（16），车轮（15），升降装置，驾驶操作系统(13)等组成。该方案可根据工作需要、动力大小而设计，适用范围广，制造成本低，清扫低耗能，高效率，无扬尘，具有清扫垃圾、微尘、扫雪、排水功能。
