The invention discloses a solid waste unfired water permeable brick and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials, the water permeable brick is composed ofthe following components by weight: 22-30 parts of phosphorus slag, 15-23 parts of alkaline slag, 6-10 parts of silica fume, 17-20 parts of fly ash, 8-10 parts of epoxy resin, and 10-15 parts of water. Alkaline slag and phosphorus slag adopted by the method belong to solid waste produced by factory production, and the solid waste is recycled and then treated to a certain extent for reuse, so thatenvironmental pollution caused by the phosphorus slag and the alkaline slag is reduced. Meanwhile, the utilization rate is also improved; chlorine in the alkaline residues is removed through a waterwashing method, water washing is conducted three times or more according to the water-solid ratio of 6: 1, pollution of chloride ions to the environment is prevented, and meanwhile the compressive strength and breaking strength of the water permeable brick are improved.
本发明公开了一种固废免烧透水砖及其制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域,所述透水砖由如下组分按照重量百分比组成:磷渣22‑30份、碱渣15‑23份、硅灰6‑10份、粉煤灰17‑20份、环氧树脂8‑10份、水10‑15份。本发明所采用的碱渣、磷渣,都属于工厂生产产生的固体废物,本发明将固体废物回收后经过一定处理再利用,减小了磷渣、碱渣造成的环境污染。同时也提高了其利用率;利用水洗法去除碱渣中的氯,按照水固比6:1的比例水洗三次以上,防止氯离子对环境的污染,同时提高了透水砖的抗压及抗折强度。
