The invention discloses a preparation method of environment-friendly water-saving recycled concrete. The method comprises: weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-125 parts of coarse aggregate, 30-40 parts of fine aggregate, 20-30 parts of recycled aggregate, 30-35 parts of cement, 8-12 parts of fly ash, 3-5 parts of quartz sand, 4-7 parts of perlite, 6-12 parts of magnesium oxide, 2-6 parts of lubricating grease, 2-8 parts of talcum powder, 5-10 parts of water glass, 7-15 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 3-6 parts of a leveling agent, 4-8 parts of stearic acid and 15-18parts of water; pouring the recycled aggregate, the fly ash and the quartz sand into a stirrer, stirring and mixing, and spraying tap water to the surface of the mixture to completely wet the surfaceof the mixture. According to the invention, the production raw materials of concrete are subjected to grinding treatment, so that the quality during later processing can be guaranteed; a water-savingmaterial is added in the concrete preparation process, so that the environmental protection performance of the concrete can be improved; and waste materials can be subjected to cyclic processing treatment in the building construction process, so that resources are effectively saved, and the utilization rate is increased.
