Diorite pavement upper-layer asphalt mixture and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a diorite pavement upper surface layer asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof.The diorite pavement upper surface layer asphalt mixture is composed of SBS modified asphalt and mineral aggregate, the asphalt-aggregate ratio of the modified asphalt mixture is 4.7-4.8%; the SBS modified asphalt is prepared from, by weight, 90-100 parts of matrix asphalt, 8-10 parts ofthe SBS modifier, 2-3 parts of nano TiO2, 1-2 parts of organic montmorillonite and 0.5-1 part of modified fiber; the mineral aggregate comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-70parts of coarse aggregate, 30-35 parts of fine aggregate, 0-2 parts of mineral powder and 1-3 parts of cement, and the coarse aggregate is diorite macadam. According to the invention, through composite modification of nano TiO2 and organic montmorillonite, the resistance of the SBS modified asphalt to photo-thermal composite aging is comprehensively improved, the tensile strength and shear strength of the asphalt mixture are improved by adding the modified fibers, and meanwhile, the diorite macadam is used as coarse aggregate in the asphalt mixture, performance indexes of the asphalt mixture prepared according to the mineral aggregate gradation and the asphalt-aggregate ratio meet various requirements of the upper layer surface of a pavement, and a new stone raw material is provided for preparation of the asphalt mixture.
本发明公开一种闪长岩路面上面层沥青混合料及其制备方法,该性沥青混合料由SBS改性沥青和矿料组成,改性沥青混合料油石比为4.7‑4.8%,SBS改性沥青包括以下重量份原料:基质沥青90‑100份、SBS改性剂8‑10份、纳米TiO2 2‑3份、有机蒙脱土1‑2份、改性纤维0.5‑1份;矿料包括以下重量份原料:粗集料60‑70份、细集料30‑35份、矿粉0‑2份、水泥1‑3份,粗集料为闪长岩碎石。本发明通过纳米TiO2和有机蒙脱土的复合改性提高了综合改善SBS改性沥青对光、热复合老化的抵抗能力,通过添加改性纤维提高了沥青混合料抗拉强度及抗剪强度,同时本发明将闪长岩碎石作为沥青混合料中粗集料,根据本发明矿料级配与油石比制备沥青混合料性能指标满足路面上层面各项要求,为沥青混合料制备提供了新的石料原料。
