The invention relates to a microbial self-healing waterproof impermeable mortar and a preparation method thereof. The mortar comprises the following components by weight: 70-100 parts of cement, 10-20parts of a mineral admixture, 250-400 parts of sand, 70-90 parts of water, 5-10 parts of a raw agent, and 5-10 parts of an air entraining agent, wherein the raw agent comprises lightweight aggregate,microorganisms and nutrients, the microorganisms are bacillus alcaligenes, bacillus sphaericus, sporosarcina or bacillus pasteurii, and the nutrients are urea and a soluble calcium salt. During preparation, water, cement, a mineral admixture and sand are added, a mixed system A is obtained after uniform mixing, a raw agent and an air entraining agent are added into the mixed system A, and uniformstirring is performed to obtain the microbial self-healing waterproof impermeable mortar. According to the invention, the preparation process is simple, the cost is low, and the construction workability and the strength performance are not influenced while the waterproof and anti-seepage performance is improved.
本发明一种微生物自愈合防水抗渗砂浆及其制备方法,所述砂浆的组分按重量份数计,包括水泥70~100份、矿物掺合料10~20份、砂250~400份、水70~90份、原剂5~10份、引气剂5~10份;原剂包括轻骨料、微生物和养分,微生物为嗜碱芽孢杆菌、球形芽孢杆菌、巴氏芽孢八叠球菌或巴氏芽孢杆菌,养分为尿素和可溶性钙盐。制备时加入水、水泥、矿物掺合料和砂,混合均匀后得到混合体系A,再向混合体系A中加入原剂和引气剂,搅拌均匀得到微生物自愈合防水抗渗砂浆。本发明制备过程简单,成本低,提高防水抗渗性能的同时,不影响其施工和易性及强度性能。
