The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of ceramic matrix composite materials, in particular to a method for improving ablation resistance of a silicon carbide fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material. According to the method, silicon carbide fibers are used as fiber reinforcements, the fiber reinforcements and slurry containing functional powder such as ZrSi2, ZrB2 or ZrC are prepared into one-way belt prepregs, a prefabricated body is prepared through cutting, paving and hot press molding, and then the silicon carbide fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material is prepared through carbonization and infiltration. Due to the fact that the zirconium-containing compound is introduced into the SiC matrix, the synergistic effect of SiO2 and ZrO2 generated after high-temperature oxidation can effectively prevent an oxidation medium from entering the composite material, and the ablation resistance and oxidation resistance of the ceramic matrix composite material are further improved.
本发明涉及陶瓷基复合材料制备技术领域,具体涉及提高碳化硅纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料抗烧蚀性能的方法。该方法利用碳化硅纤维作为纤维增强体,与含ZrSi2、ZrB2或ZrC等功能性粉体的料浆制备成单向带预浸料后,经过裁剪、铺贴、热压成型制备预制体,再通过碳化、熔渗制备出碳化硅纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料。由于在SiC基体中引入含锆化合物,经高温氧化后生成的SiO2和ZrO2协同作用能够有效阻止氧化介质进入复合材料内部,进一步提高陶瓷基复合材料的抗烧蚀、抗氧化性能。
