The plastic alloy material provided bythe invention has excellent construction performance, the preparation method provided by the invention is simple, and through reasonable compatibility of multiple raw materials, the obtained plasticalloy material can be prepared into the building template to be applied to concrete building construction; meanwhile, the material is suitable for high temperature of concrete hydration heat reactionin the building industry and cold weather below zero in winter construction, can be recycled, is high in anti-aging degree, and solves the problem that the existing building plastic polymer template material cannot meet the temperature requirement of concrete hydration heat reaction and the low-temperature construction requirement in winter at the same time.
