The invention relates to a composite waterproof coating prefabricated coiled material, which sequentially comprises a rubber modified asphalt layer, a polyvinyl base fabric layer, a non-cured rubber asphalt layer and an isolation layer from top to bottom. The preparation method of the composite waterproof coating prefabricated coiled material comprises the following steps: 1) conveying a polyvinylbase fabric layer through a conveying belt; 2) spraying rubber modified asphalt to the surface of the polyvinyl base fabric to form a rubber modified asphalt layer; 3) spraying non-cured rubber asphalt to the bottom surface of the polyvinyl base fabric to form a non-cured rubber asphalt layer; 4) covering the non-cured rubber asphalt layer with a polyethylene isolating membrane to serve as an isolating layer; and 5) air-drying the coiled material, rolling and packaging to obtain the composite waterproof coating prefabricated coiled material. According to the invention, the prefabricated coiled material is good in weather resistance and good in bonding effect with a base layer, water channeling is avoided, and the service life is long; only normal-temperature mechanical manufacturing is needed in the production process, cold bonding construction is adopted in construction, and the problem of environmental pollution is thoroughly solved in the production and construction processes.
本发明涉及一种复合防水涂膜预制卷材，其从上到下依次包括：橡胶改性沥青层、聚乙烯基胎布层、非固化橡胶沥青层和隔离层。所述复合防水涂膜预制卷材的制备方法包括：1)通过传输带输送聚乙烯基胎布层；2)将橡胶改性沥青喷涂至聚乙烯基胎布表面，形成橡胶改性沥青层；3)将非固化橡胶沥青喷涂至聚乙烯基胎布底面，形成所述非固化橡胶沥青层；4)在所述非固化橡胶沥青层上覆上所述聚乙烯隔离膜，作为隔离层；5)将卷材风干、收卷包装得到所述复合防水涂膜预制卷材。本发明的预制卷材耐候性好，与基层粘接效果好，避免窜水，使用寿命长；同时生产过程只需要常温机械化制造，施工采用冷粘施工，在生产和施工过程中彻底解决了环境污染问题。
