The invention relates to a movable turnout assembling platform for a ballast line and a turnout assembling method. The assembling platform comprises a four-rail platform arranged on a flat plate or aflat car (4), and the four-rail platform comprises two stock rails (6) and two auxiliary rails (5) which are arranged side by side. Lifting devices are connected between the stock rails (6) and the working face of the flat plate or the flat car (4), the auxiliary rails (5) are fixedly connected to the working face of the flat plate or the flat car (4), and the working faces of the two stock rails(6) are adjusted under the action of the lifting devices (7), so that the working faces of the two stock rails are located in the same horizontal plane. The upper portions of the auxiliary rails (5) are connected with an adjusting sleeper supporting table (8), a turnout sleeper (9) is arranged on the adjusting sleeper supporting table (8), and the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction of the adjusting sleeper supporting table (8) are adjusted so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction of the turnout sleeper (9). The positionof the sleeper supporting table on the auxiliary rails can be adjusted at will, and an adjusting device in the longitudinal and transverse directions can be freely adjusted according to different turnout sleepers. The assembling platform is simple in structure, convenient to operate, wide in application range and capable of being used for assembly, fine adjustment and welding of different types ofturnouts which are common at present.
