The invention discloses a method of treating rock piles by surface grouting and vibratory compacting. The method comprises the following steps of S1, excavating macadam blocks in a to-be-treated depthrange in a roadbed range, wherein the roadbed is placed among the plurality of rock piles; and S2, filling the roadbed in layers from bottom to top gradually: S21, performing surface non-pressure grouting and vibratory compacting to form a grouting layer successively; S22, back-filling the grouting layer with the macadam blocks to form a rockfill layer; and S23, repeating the steps S21 and S22 till filling is accomplished. The method can be used for reducing the voidage of the roadbed and improving the bearing capacity and the rebound modulus and is lower than replacement filling and fillinggrouting in cost.
本发明公开了一种表面灌浆振动压实处理岩堆的方法,包括以下步骤:S1、挖除路基范围内拟处理深度范围内的块碎石,路基置于多个岩堆之间;S2、路基自下而上逐渐分层填筑:S21、依次进行表面无压灌浆、振动压实形成灌浆层;S22、在灌浆层上回填块碎石形成填石层;S23、重复步骤S21和S22,直到填筑完成。采用本发明所述方法有效降低地基空隙率、提高承载力与回弹模量,且成本相对换填、充填注浆较低。
