The invention relates to the technical field of bridgehead structures, in particular to a highway bridgehead bumping prevention and treatment structure which comprises a bridge body section and a roadbed section. A transition area is reserved between the bridge body section and the roadbed section, a transition section is arranged in the transition area, and the transition section comprises a transition table with the two ends connected with the bridge body section and the roadbed section respectively. The transition table comprises a plurality of prefabricated concrete slabs arranged in the length direction of the bridge body section, any two adjacent prefabricated concrete slabs are connected through a connecting steel bar, a plurality of supporting pieces are arranged below each prefabricated concrete slab, and a concrete surface layer is arranged on the upper surface of the transition table. The method has the effect of improving secondary bumping caused by sudden change of pavement settlement.
