The invention provides a damaged pavement repairing plate structure and a repairing method. The method comprises the steps that road assembly plates are prefabricated, each road assembly plate is hoisted to a damaged part with a corresponding number for placement and splicing, and the flatness of each road assembly plate and an original pavement structure is adjusted; grouting is conducted throughgrouting holes in the road assembly plates, and grouting is stopped until grout overflows from grout overflowing grooves in the side faces of the road assembly plates; and gaps between the road assembly plates and gaps between the road assembly plates and the original pavement structure are subjected to gap sweeping treatment, filling areas are reserved on the upper portions of the correspondinggaps, and the areas are subjected to gap filling treatment through asphalt. According to the damaged pavement repairing plate structure and the repairing method, grouting operation is carried out through the grouting holes in the road assembly plates so that the assembly plates and the original pavement structure can be integrated into a whole, and the bonding strength is high; and flatness and elevation of the assembly plates can be adjusted from upper surfaces of the assembly plates through a socket spanner, so that the adjusted flatness is high, the construction is convenient, and the pavement repairing efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种破损路面修复板结构及修复方法，包括：道路装配板的预制，将每块道路装配板吊运至对应编号的损伤部位进行安放和拼接，并调整各道路装配板与原路面结构的平整度；通过道路装配板上的注浆孔进行注浆，直至道路装配板侧面的溢浆槽中溢出浆液后停止注浆；对各道路装配板之间以及各道路装配板与原路面结构之间的缝隙进行扫缝处理，并在相应的缝隙上部预留填充区域，并用沥青对该区域进行灌缝处理。本发明通过在道路装配板删搞得注浆孔进行注浆操作，能够保证装配板与原路面结构成一整体，粘结强度高；通过调节工具装配板上面调节其平整度和标高，不但调节的平整度较高，而且施工方便，大大提高了路面的修复效率。
