The invention discloses a paving width and thickness control device for a cushion bedding material pressure spreader. The paving width and thickness control device comprises a connecting plate and a supporting plate which are horizontally arranged oppositely, and further comprises an expanding mechanism arranged between the two movable plates, wherein the supporting plate is arranged below the connecting plate through a telescopic mechanism; two movable plates which are vertically arranged oppositely are connected below the supporting plate in a sliding mode; the two movable plates are both connected to the expanding mechanism and the expanding mechanism drives the supporting plate to move in a sliding mode; and the bottoms of the two movable plates are connected to paving plates which arevertically arranged oppositely. While the telescopic device extends to drive connecting rods to rotate, an angle between the two connecting rods is increased to drive the two L-shaped movable platesto be away from each other, thus pushing away cushion bedding materials, reducing thicknesses of the cushion bedding materials and increasing width of the cushion bedding materials; and inversely, thecushion bedding materials can be increased in thickness and reduced in width. A regulating mechanism drives a movable rod to move up and down so as to drive the paving plates at the lower end of themovable rod to change in height, thus changing the paving thicknesses.
