The invention relates to a pile core soil taking device. The pile core soil taking device comprises an elastic piece and a soil taking component. The soil taking component comprises a soil taking cupand a holding part; the soil taking cup is located on one side of the elastic piece; the soil taking cup and the elastic piece are spaced with a preset distance; the holding part is detachably connected with the outer side wall of the soil taking cup; the holding part is connected with the top end of the elastic piece; the holding part is used for pushing and pulling the soil taking cup to move inthe extending direction of a pile core; the elastic piece is used for providing restoring force in the extending direction of the pile core for the soil taking cup filled with sludge. By means of thearrangement, compared with the mode that a worker cleans sludge in the pile core through an iron shovel, the pile core soil taking device has the advantages that the workload of the worker is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the pile core is prevented from being damaged in the sludge cleaning process.
