Pile foundation cantilever type structure for underpinning of underground building
The invention discloses a pile foundation cantilever type structure for underpinning of an underground building. An unequal-arm single-lever supporting system is composed of a plurality of permanent structure piles built under the ground and an underpinning bearing platform supported by the permanent structure piles. The underpinning bearing platform comprises a bearing platform cantilever part and a bearing platform supporting part which are cast-in-place and consolidated into a whole. The bearing platform cantilever part is located above the top surface of an intruding building without stress contact, an interference building supported and borne is arranged above the bearing platform cantilever part, and the bearing platform supporting part is located on the side surface of the intrudingbuilding and is deeply buried and fixed on a foundation through a plurality of permanent structure piles; and at least two rows of permanent structure piles are arranged in the longitudinal directionof the underpinning bearing platform, and each row comprises at least two permanent structure piles. The structure effectively solves the problem that bridge piles of an existing overpass intrude into a station main body structure, meanwhile, the problems that in the later period, due to metro construction, bearing capacity reduction, sedimentation and inclination of bridge pile foundations are caused and affect the stability and use safety of a bridge are solved, and compared with a traditional structure method, the method has the advantages that the construction progress is greatly improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种用于地下建筑托换的桩基悬臂式结构。由建造于地面下的多根永久结构桩和其支撑的托换承台构成不等臂单杠杆支撑体系;托换承台包括现浇固结一体的承台悬臂部和承台支撑部;承台悬臂部位于侵入建筑物顶面上方无受力接触设置、承台悬臂部上方为受支撑承载的干扰建筑物,承台支撑部位于侵入建筑物侧面通过多根永久结构桩深埋固定于地基;永久结构桩至少沿托换承台纵向设置两排,各排至少设置两根。本发明有效解决了既有立交桥桥桩侵入车站主体结构的问题,同时也避免了后期因地铁施工而造成的桥梁桩基承载力下降、沉降、倾斜影响桥梁的稳定及使用安全等难题,与传统结构方法相比较大幅度地提高施工进度,降低了施工成本。
