A circular groove forming device is arranged on the right side of the wood chip spraying and filling device, and can punch an aeration circular groove with a proper size in soil according to the oil content of the soil, so that sufficient oxygen can be conveniently obtained by microorganisms after bacterium liquid is sprayed as required; the circular groove formingdevice is used for digging aeration circular grooves with different radiuses according to different oil contents of the soil, and a detection device for intensively measuring the oil content of the soil is arranged on the right side of the circular groove forming device; and the detection device can detect the oil content of the soil in a small-gap and high-frequency manner so as to obtain the average value of the oil content of the local soil. A pipe inserting device for inserting a pipeline is arranged on the upper side of the wood chip spraying and filling device.
