The novel green dredging device comprises a dredging ship, wherein a dredging mechanism is loaded on the dredging ship and comprises an outer frame and an inner dredging box body, only the bottom faceof the outer frame is open, the outer frame and the bottom end of the inner dredging box body are connected together in a sealed mode, a sealed cavity is formed between the outer frame and the innerdredging box body, a pressure sensor is arranged at the bottom of the outer frame, air knife mechanisms are arranged at the bottoms of two opposite side faces of the inner mechanism box body, a flushing and spraying mechanism is arranged at the position, close to the bottom, of one of the other two opposite side faces, and a mud pumping mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the other one of the other two opposite side faces. According to the novel green dredging device for the lined open canal without stopping water running, the mud at the bottom of the open canal can be cleaned under the condition that water running of the open canal is not stopped, large interference to surrounding water is avoided in a cleaning process, and secondary pollution to the surrounding water is also avoided;and sediments in the canal can be cleaned timely and efficiently, so that the use of manpower is greatly reduced, and the work efficiency is improved.
本发明公开一种有衬砌明渠不停水绿色清淤新装置,包括清淤船,清淤船上装载有清淤机构,清淤机构包括均为仅底面开口的外框架和内清淤箱体,外框架和内清淤箱体的底端密封连接在一起,外框架与内清淤箱体之间形成密封空腔,外框架底部设置有压力传感器;所述内清淤箱体的两个相对侧面底部设置有风刀机构,另外两个相对侧面中,其中一个侧面上靠近其底部设置有冲刷喷水机构,另一个相对侧面底部设置有抽泥机构。本发明能够实现在明渠不停水的情况下,对明渠底部的污泥进行清理,且清理过程中不会对周围水体造成较大干扰,也不会对周围水体造成二次污染;能够做到及时并高效的清理渠内淤积物,大大降低了人力劳动力的使用,提高了工作效率。
