The invention relates to the technical field of engineering construction, in particular to a combined connecting element for a fabricated building. The element comprises a positioning bearing rod; anauxiliary stress rod sleeve is fixed to the peripheral side face of the positioning bearing rod; a plurality of pressed supporting sleeve rods are fixed to the peripheral side face of the auxiliary stress rod sleeve; first springs and first sliding push rods are carried inside the pressed supporting sleeve rods; the first sliding push rods are connected with the pressed supporting sleeve rods through the first springs; a stabilizing rod sleeve is fixed to one ends of the first sliding push rods; and matched connecting rods are welded to the two ends of the positioning bearing rod.
