The invention discloses a construction method of a large-span composite ice shell structure, and relates to the construction method of the large-span composite ice shell structure. The problems that atraditional masonry type ice structure is single in modeling, and complex modeling ice structure construction is difficult to achieve are solved. The method comprises the following steps of 1, tailoring and manufacturing a pneumatic membrane formwork; 2, anchoring the pneumatic membrane formwork; 3, mounting an air pressure monitoring and fan automatic adjusting system on the pneumatic membrane formwork; 4, building an ice ring beam; 5, preparing a pumping material; 6, debugging pumping equipment; 7, determining construction spraying conditions; 8, when the thickness of an ice shell reaches the designed thickness, detaching the pneumatic membrane formwork; and 9, performing construction and maintenance. The method is used for achieving large-span ice shell structure construction.
一种大跨度复合冰壳结构的施工方法,本发明涉及一种大跨度复合冰壳结构的施工方法。本发明是要解决传统砌筑式冰结构造型单一,难以实现复杂造型冰结构施工建造的问题。一、裁剪制作充气膜模板;二、锚固充气膜模板;三、充气膜模板安装气压监测与风机自动调节系统;四、砌筑冰环梁;五、制备泵送材料;六、调试泵送设备;七、确定施工喷射条件;八、当冰壳厚度达到设计厚度时,拆除充气膜模板;九、施工维护。本发明用于实现大跨度的冰壳结构施工建造。
