本发明涉及一种带有外伸钢筋的预制混凝土反坎及施工方法。目前，现有二次砌筑施工在厨房卫生间墙体位置下部设置混凝土反坎，现浇反坎需要单独支模、绑筋并浇筑混凝土，施工难度大，成活后观感质量较差。一种带有外伸钢筋的预制混凝土反坎，其组成包括：反坎（1），反坎为钢筋混凝土预制构件，反坎底部预留一组外伸钢筋（2），外伸钢筋为直钢筋或L型钢筋或180°弯钩形式钢筋或环状钢筋，反坎内部设置横向钢筋、纵向钢筋及拉结钢筋，反坎侧面预留凹槽（4）；反坎底部和反坎与反坎接缝处预留止水条（3）固定槽，固定槽位于外伸钢筋外侧贴近卫生间或厨房室内一侧。本发明应用于建筑领域。
