The invention discloses an assembly type wallboard with a water and electricity line discharging function. The assembly type wallboard comprises a prefabricated wallboard body, a supporting plate is integrally formed in the middle of the front surface of the prefabricated wallboard body, a first concave groove is formed in the front surface of the supporting plate, a second concave groove is formed in one side of the supporting plate, a second flange is integrally formed at the other side of the supporting plate, the inner side wall of the second concave groove is coated with a spring, and a clamping block is fixedly connected to the front surface of the spring. The upper surface of the supporting plate is fixedly connected with cable shells. Through modular design, a wall body fixedly connected with a water path and an electricity path is distributed into pipeline shells and the cable shells, and different numbers of pipeline shells and cable shells can be automatically distributed according to different use occasions so as to meet different requirements of communicating pipelines; and meanwhile, the pipeline shells and the cable shells are subdivided for lines of different sizesthrough structures such as partition plates and supporting rods, and the number of the pipeline shells and the cable shells can be automatically increased and decreased to meet different requirementsof different sites.
