The invention discloses a jig for ensuring the grouting fullness of a vertical sleeve for a prefabricated structure and a working method, and relates to a prefabricated shear wall installed on a lower-layer cast-in-place concrete plate. A grouting sleeve is arranged at the bottom of the prefabricated shear wall, an upper connecting steel bar extending into the grouting sleeve is arranged in the prefabricated shear wall, and a lower connecting steel bar extending into the grouting sleeve is arranged on the lower-layer cast-in-place concrete plate; the upper part and the lower part of the grouting sleeve are respectively provided with a grouting pipeline and a grout outlet pipeline which are inclined upwards and extend out of the prefabricated shear wall; and a horizontal joint is arranged between the bottom of the prefabricated shear wall and the lower-layer cast-in-place concrete plate, and peripheral bed mortar is arranged at the outer edge of the horizontal joint by a circle to define a closed cavity. The jig has the advantages that full grouting of a grout outlet part and parts below the grout outlet part can be accurately guaranteed, operation is convenient, the grouting quality is good, one-time forming is achieved, supplementary grouting is not needed, plumpness detection does not need to be conducted on the grout outlet part, and cost is saved.
