The funnel is connected with the pouring guide pipe, the main frame body is fixedly connected withthe base, a square groove is formed in the left side wall of the main frame body, the funnel penetrates through the square groove through the stiffening steel plate to be fixedly connected with the sliding plate, the sliding plate is arranged on the inner side of the main frame body, and the rollers are fixedly arranged on the sliding plate. The sliding plate is sequentially connected with the driven pulley and the driving pulley through the steel wire rope, the handle is connected with the driving pulley, when the handle is shaken, the sliding plate, the funnel and the pouring guide pipe aresequentially driven by the steel wire rope to move up and down in the vertical direction, and the sliding plate and the pouring guide pipe are correspondingly fixed through the safety pins and the guide pipe buckle. According to the concrete pouring device, the funnel is connected into the pouring guide pipe to introduce concrete into the bottom of a to-be-poured structure, the situation of separation generated by the concrete freely falling down can be reduced, and the concrete quality is ensured.
