The raw sugar silo structure comprises an internal-hollow silo body with an opening in the top end and a dome forsealing the opening in the top end of the silo body; the dome comprises a supporting frame body arranged at the top end of the silo body and a cover plate laid on the supporting frame body; the supporting frame body comprises a plurality of frame rods, the multiple frame rods are mutually spliced to form the support frame body, a connecting ball is arranged between every two adjacent frame rods,and the frame rods and the connecting balls are welded together; and the connecting balls are further provided with positioning assemblies used for enabling the frame rods and the connecting balls tobe connected together in advance before welding. The raw sugar silo structure and the construction method thereof have the effect of improving the silo construction efficiency.
