Hidden door handle structure
The invention discloses a hidden door handle structure. A mounting bottom plate and a housing are connected to form a placement cavity; the shell of a motor is detachably and fixedly connected with the upper shell wall of the housing or the mounting bottom plate; a driving gear is connected with an output shaft of the motor; gear teeth and a driving oblique plane are arranged on a rack; the rear ends of a left inserting column and a right inserting column which are arranged on the rear surface of a handle body are inserted into a left sleeve and a right sleeve respectively; the rear surface ofthe rack is in left-right sliding connection with the mounting bottom plate; the lower end of a wheel shaft is fixedly connected with the right sleeve; a bearing is mounted at the upper end of the wheel shaft; the bearing is in rolling connection with the driving oblique plane; the right end of a door lock pull wire forwards penetrates through one through hole in the mounting bottom plate and then is fixedly connected with the rear end of the right inserting column; the left end of the door lock pull wire is connected with a vehicle door lock switch; and a through hole matched with the handleis formed in a front shell body of the housing. The hidden door handle structure is simple in structure, low in machining and manufacturing cost and convenient and reliable to use.
隐藏式门把手结构，安装底板和罩壳相连成一个安置腔。电动机的外壳和罩壳的上壳壁或安装底板可拆固定相连。驱动齿轮和电动机的输出轴相连。齿条上设有轮齿和驱动斜面。设于手柄本体后表面的左插柱、右插柱的后端分别插置在左套管、右套管内。齿条的后表面和安装底板左右滑动相连。轮轴的下端和右套管固连。轴承安装在轮轴的上端；轴承和驱动斜面滚动相连。门锁拉线的右端向前穿过安装底板上的一个通孔后和右插柱的后端固连，门锁拉线的左端和车门门锁开关相连。罩壳的前壳体上设有和手柄适配的通孔。本发明结构简单，加工制造成本低，使用方便可靠。
