The invention discloses a power assisting device and a power assisting door applying the power assisting device. The power assisting device comprises a control box and a driving assembly, a main control panel assembly and a power supply assembly are arranged in the control box, the driving assembly comprises a driving motor arranged on a rotating portal crane electric beam, a horizontally-arrangeddriving gear is arranged at the output end of the driving motor, and a horizontally-arranged driven gear engaged with the driving gear is further arranged on the rotating portal crane electric beam.The main control panel assembly is used for detecting the rotating speed of the driven gear and then controlling the driving assembly to make corresponding actions according to the detection result. When a door leaf is started, an external sensor is not needed, only a person needs to push a door body, and therefore the cost can be saved, better environmental protection is achieved, and harm brought by sensor misoperation is reduced; and a newly-developed main control program is adopted for electrical operation of the power assisting door, when resistance exceeds a set value, the door body canautomatically stop, further harm is reduced, and the functions of an automatic door anti-pinch sensor and an anti-collision sensor are achieved.
