The invention discloses an installation and water seepage prevention method for an aluminum alloy door and window. The method comprises the following steps of popping up a center line of the aluminumalloy door and window; and correcting the position size and elevation of an aluminum alloy door and window mounting hole, measuring a datum line of the aluminum alloy door and window mounting hole andan in-out vertical line of the aluminum alloy door and window, painting waterproof paint to form a first waterproof layer, painting waterproof paint to form a second waterproof layer, fixing a connecting piece and performing preservative treatment, fixing a window frame of the aluminum alloy door and window, filling thermal insulation materials and waterproof materials, and mounting window sashesand hardware. The first waterproof layer is formed on the inner side wall of the aluminum alloy door and window mounting hole, and the second waterproof layer is formed on a mounting surface of the aluminum alloy door and window, so that the water seepage prevention capacity of the aluminum alloy door and window after mounting can be improved; and meanwhile, the gap between the aluminum alloy door and window and the aluminum alloy door and window mounting hole is filled with the thermal insulation materials and the waterproof materials, the water seepage prevention capacity of the aluminum alloy door and window after installation can be improved, and the service life of the aluminum alloy door and window can be effectively prolonged.
