Preliminary heat insulation is conducted through the laid heat insulation tiles and nutrient soil, and vine plants areplanted to achieve a better heat insulation effect; arranged diffusion-type vine climbing rods can provide climbing objects for the plants, while each vine climbing rod is provided with a tool in a sliding manner, and vines can be cut off when a wall breaking knife and a cutting-off knife perpendicular to each other in each tool are pulled, and thus, the vines are rapidly cleared when withering during season change, thereby lowering the difficulty of plant maintenance; and meanwhile, a reamer is arranged, and cuts the vines into debris, and the debris is laid in the nutrient soil.
