The invention discloses a method for regenerating glass fibers from glass fiber reinforced composite material wastes. The method comprises the following steps: collecting leftover materials generatedin the production of glass fiber composite materials or wastes generated in the use process of the leftover materials, removing impurities, washing and drying; immersing the glass fiber composite material wastes into a permeation degradation agent, soaking for 1-300 hours at the temperature of 0-100 DEG C, and sealing the top; and then filtering the completely permeated and degraded glass fiber composite material wastes, and carrying out centrifugal separation to obtain the glass fibers and a permeated waste liquid. The glass fiber composite material wastes are processed again, the glass fibers contained in the glass fiber composite material wastes are filtered out, and the glass fibers are recycled, so the problems of environment and water pollution are solved, a large amount of garbage can be prevented from being generated, the garbage yield is reduced, the environmental protection requirement advocated by the state is met, energy conservation and emission reduction are promoted, andunification of environmental benefits and economic benefits is achieved.
本发明公开了一种玻璃纤维增强复合材料废弃物再生玻璃纤维方法,将玻璃纤维复合材料生产中产生的边角废料或其使用过程产生的废弃物收集、除杂、洗涤干燥;将玻璃纤维复合材料废弃物浸入渗透降解剂中在0‑100℃浸泡1‑300小时,同时将顶部进行密封;随后将已经渗透降解完全的玻璃纤维复合材料废弃物进行过滤、离心分离得到玻璃纤维和浸透废液。本发明通过将玻璃纤维复合材料废弃物经过再次加工处理,并将其中含有的玻璃纤维过滤出来,对玻璃纤维加以循环使用,不但解决了环境和水污染的问题,而且还能避免产生大量的垃圾,减少垃圾产量,符合国家所提倡的环保要求,促进节能减排,实现了环境效益和经济效益的统一。
