The invention relates to the technical field of cement preparation, and discloses a road Portland cement clinker taking carbide slag as a raw material and a preparation method of the road Portland cement clinker. The method comprises the following steps: (1) grinding raw materials to obtain a cement raw material of which the TCaO qualification rate is greater than or equal to 75% and the 0.08 mm screen residue qualification rate is greater than or equal to 90%; and (2) sequentially homogenizing the raw materials obtained in the step (1), then adding water to obtain raw material balls, and sequentially drying, preheating, pre-decomposing and calcining the raw material balls to obtain the cement clinker. According to the method, limestone is replaced with carbide slag, industrial waste suchas coal ash and furnace slag is fully utilized, road silicate cement clinker meeting national standard requirements can be produced by optimizing raw materials, mineralizer usage amount and preparation process parameters, meanwhile, heat consumption of traditional limestone for producing the road silicate cement clinker is reduced, and the industrial waste is recycled.
本发明涉及水泥制备技术领域,公开了一种以电石渣为原料的道路硅酸盐水泥熟料及其制备方法。该方法包括以下步骤:(1)将原料进行粉磨处理,得到TCaO合格率大于或等于75%,0.08mm筛余合格率大于或等于90%的水泥生料;(2)将步骤(1)所得生料依次进行均化,接着加水得到生料球,将所述生料球依次进行干燥、预热、预分解和煅烧,得到水泥熟料。该方法用电石渣代替石灰石,充分利用粉煤灰、炉渣等工业废料,通过优化原料、矿化剂使用量和制备工艺参数,既能生产出符合国家标准要求的道路硅酸盐水泥熟料,同时降低传统石灰石生产道路硅酸盐水泥熟料的热耗,还是对工业废料的资源化再利用。
