The invention relates to a preparation process of composite Portland cement. The preparation process uses a cement preparation device, the cement preparation device comprises a drying cylinder, a pulverizing device and a discharging device, the pulverizing device is arranged on the inner wall of the lower end of the drying cylinder, a ventilation cavity is formed in the inner wall of the lower endof the drying cylinder, and the discharging device is arranged on the inner wall of the lower end of the ventilation cavity. Raw material balls are stacked and placed in a cylindrical compartment, sothat the raw material balls are uniformly calcined, and the problem that part of the raw material balls cannot be fully calcined due to stacking of the raw material balls is solved; and the raw material balls in the cylindrical compartment are impacted and extruded in a reciprocating manner, so that the cement calcined into clinker is prepared into uniform powder, and the problem that the clinkercannot be completely pulverized by single extrusion, so that the cement meeting the composite standard cannot be obtained is solved.
本发明涉及一种复合硅酸盐水泥制备工艺,其使用了一种水泥制备装置,该水泥制备装置包括烘干筒、制粉装置和下料装置,所述的烘干筒下端内壁上设置有制粉装置,烘干筒下端内壁内开设有通气腔,通气腔下端内壁上设置有下料装置;本发明通过将生料球叠起防止在筒状隔间中,从而保证生料球收到均匀的煅烧,解决了将生料球堆放在一起会导致部分生料球无法得到充分的煅烧的问题;本发明通过对筒状隔间中的生料球进行往复的撞击和挤压,从而将煅烧成熟料的水泥制成均匀的粉末,解决了单次挤压并不能将熟料完全粉末化,从而无法得到复合标准的水泥的问题。
