The invention provides early-strength dense concrete for a shield segment and a preparation method of the early-strength dense concrete, and is characterized in that the early-strength dense concretecomprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-130 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 60-80 parts of a composite slurry mineral admixture, 220-250 parts of sand, 340-380 parts of gravels, 0.5-1.5 parts of a water reducer, 48-63 parts of water, 0.5-1 part of a defoamer; and 0.24 to 0.64 part of a homogenizing agent. The concrete for preparing the shield segment has the characteristics of high fluidity, high compactness, excellent impermeability and the like. The early strength of the segment is remarkably improved, the anti-permeability and anti-cracking capacity is high, the steam curing time is shortened, the appearance condition of concrete is improved, and the working performance of the shield segment is guaranteed.
