The content of iron is 1wt%-15wt%, and the content of selenium is 10-200ppm. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is beneficial to sintering the selenium-rich ceramic at high temperature and enabling selenium to stably exist in the ceramic, and when the selenium-rich ceramic is used, a proper amount of selenium can be dissolved out when the selenium-rich ceramic is soaked in water or water containing food.
