Shale brick firing process
The invention discloses a shale brick firing process in the field of shale bricks. The shale brick firing process comprises the following steps: S1, burdening: preparing coal gangue and shale according to a ratio of 1: 2, 3: 2 or 5: 3; S2, crushing and sieving: crushing the coal gangue and the shale by using a jaw crusher to obtain fragments with the particle size of less than 3 mm, crushing by using a fine crusher, and sieving by using meshes with different grades of less than 0.05 mm, 0.05-1.2 mm and 1.2-2 mm respectively according to the proportion of 35-50% of plastic particles, 20-65% offilling particles and less than 30% of coarse particles until the particles pass through the meshes; and S3, stirring and settling: adding water into the sieved powder, putting the obtained mixture into a stirrer, uniformly stirring, putting the stirred mixture into a storage room after stirring is completed, and settling for 72 hours. Purple grey silty shale sandwiched thin-layer sandstone is used as a substitute resource to produce common bricks for buildings, a special production process and flow are not needed, and the prepared shale brick is high in strength, high in weather resistance and favorable for people to use.
本发明公开了页岩砖领域的一种页岩砖烧制工艺,包括以下步骤:S1:配料:用煤矸石和页岩按1:2,3:2或5:3的比例配制;S2:粉碎过筛:先用锷式破碎机对煤矸石和页岩进行粉碎,得到粒径<3mm的碎块,再用细粉碎机粉碎,按照塑性颗粒35‑50%、填充颗粒20‑65%和粗颗粒<30%的比例,分别用<0.05mm、0.05‑1.2mm和1.2‑2mm不同级别的网孔过筛,直至通过网孔为止;S3:搅拌沉化:将过筛的粉末加入水后,放入搅拌机内进行均匀搅拌,搅拌完成后,放置在储藏室,沉化72小时。本发明用紫灰色粉砂质页岩夹薄层砂岩这种替代资源生产建筑用普通砖,不用特殊的生产工艺和流程,制得的页岩砖强度高,抗风化能力强,有利于人们的使用。
