The invention discloses a ballast bed vibration absorber and a ballast bed vibration absorption system, and the ballast bed vibration absorber comprises a damping vibration attenuation pad which is arranged on a ballast bed; the glue melting steel plate piece is arranged on the damping vibration attenuation pad, and the glue melting steel plate piece comprises at least one glue melting steel plate; the chemical anchor bolts are pre-buried and fixedly arranged on the ballast bed; and the limiting seats are buckled and pressed at the two ends of the glue melting steel plate piece, and are connected with the chemical anchor bolts to be fixed on the ballast bed. According to the vibration absorption scheme based on the opened operation of the line, the vibration and noise reduction effect canbe further enhanced, meanwhile, the influence of transformation on the operation line can be reduced, the construction period is shortened, the structure is reliable, and the maintenance workload is reduced.
