The invention discloses a masonry interior and exterior wall integrated construction method and relates to the field of buildings. The masonry interior and exterior wall integrated construction methodcomprises the following steps that a plurality of exterior wall components, a plurality of interior wall components and a plurality of pull rods are obtained through machining, a cushion layer or a ridge platform is obtained through construction, and then a layer of building blocks is laid on the cushion layer or the ridge platform; the plurality of exterior wall components are spliced with one another, and the plurality of interior wall components are attached to the two sides of the laid building blocks respectively after being spliced with one another; the exterior wall components and theinterior wall components which are oppositely arranged are connected through the pull rods; and then grouting is conducted between the exterior wall components and the interior wall components to complete one layer of masonry; and after grouting solidification, the operation is repeated until wall construction is completed, wherein each of the exterior wall components and the interior wall components is formed by sequentially laminating and connecting the surfaces of a plurality of exterior wall modules and interior wall modules in a staggered manner. According to the masonry interior and exterior wall integrated construction method, the construction efficiency can be effectively improved, the construction period is shortened, and the labor cost is reduced.
