Assembled integral wallboard
The invention provides an assembled integral wallboard which comprises a framework, a plurality of autoclaved aerated concrete battens embedded in the peripheral side of the framework and a pluralityof tie bars. Clamping positions are arranged on the framework, the multiple autoclaved aerated concrete battens are embedded in the corresponding clamping positions, and the tie bars are arranged on the peripheral side of the framework at intervals; and each autoclaved aerated concrete batten is provided with an open hole for the corresponding tie bar to penetrate through, each tie bar is connected with the framework, the end of each tie bar is fixedly connected with the face, away from the framework, of the corresponding autoclaved aerated concrete batten, and the autoclaved aerated concretebattens and the framework can be connected in a reinforced manner through pins. The clamping positions are arranged on the framework, and the multiple autoclaved aerated concrete battens are insertedin one direction from openings of the clamping positions, so that installation is convenient and fast, tight assembly of the battens is facilitated, displacement of the autoclaved aerated concrete battens is limited, and the integrity of the assembled wallboard is improved. The whole framework is subjected to anti-corrosion treatment, and the tie bars are connected with the framework in a non-welding manner, so that the durability of the assembled integral wallboard is improved.
本申请提供了一种拼装式整体墙板,包括骨架、镶嵌于骨架周侧多块蒸压加气混凝土条板和多根拉结筋,骨架上设有卡位,多块蒸压加气混凝土条板镶嵌于相应卡位中,多根拉结筋间隔设置于骨架的周侧,各蒸压加气混凝土条板上开设有供相应拉结筋穿过的开孔,各拉结筋与骨架相连,且各拉结筋的端部与相应蒸压加气混凝土条板远离骨架的一面固定相连,蒸压加气混凝土条板与骨架间还可以用销钉加强连接。通过在骨架上设有卡位,多块蒸压加气混凝土条板从卡位的开口处单向插入,安装便捷;且便于条板的紧密拼装,限制了蒸压加气混凝土条板的位移,从而提高拼装墙板的整体性。骨架整体做防腐处理,且拉结筋与骨架非焊接连接,提高了拼装式整体墙板的耐久性。
