The invention relates to an adjustable construction platform for house building construction. The platform comprises a bottom plate, a groove, a spring, a positioning plate, a pressure sensor, a bottom groove, a stand column and a guardrail body, an inner groove is formed in the guardrail body, a sliding rod is slidably connected into the inner groove, and a sliding air cylinder for driving the sliding rod to move is arranged at the lower end of the sliding rod; and the guardrail body is provided with a rotating groove which is located above the inner groove and communicates with the inner groove, the guardrail body is integrally connected with a fixed shaft located in the rotating groove, a rotating block connected to the fixed shaft in a sleeving manner is arranged in the rotating groove, and a chamfer is arranged at the side, facing the rotating block, of the sliding rod. One side of the guardrail body is provided with a return piece for enabling the rotating block to rotate into the rotating groove. The platform has the advantages that the height of the platform is adjusted, and protection is achieved.
