Method for preparing active mineral admixture from sand washing mud
The invention discloses a method for preparing an active mineral admixture by using sand washing mud, and relates to the technical field of construction industry waste recycling, when the active mineral admixture is prepared by using the sand washing mud, the sand washing mud is firstly blended into mud with the baume degree of 1.8-2.0, so that impurity removal operation is facilitated, and fine quartz particles, colored harmful hematite, pyrolusite and the like in the mud are removed; and through high-temperature calcination conversion and powder refining treatment, the sand washing mud is converted into a mineral admixture with high activity. According to the present invention, the active mineral admixture is used to replace 12 wt% of cement, such that the 28 D compressive strength of the cement mortar can be increased by more than 15%, the problems of sand washing mud stockpiling and environmental pollution are effectively solved; the method has characteristics of simple operation,low cost, environmental protection, environmental protection, and the like. Moreover, the sand washing mud is converted into a novel building material with relatively high economic value.
利用洗砂泥制备活性矿物掺合料的方法,涉及建筑工业废弃物回收利用技术领域,在利用洗砂泥制备活性矿物掺合料时,先将洗砂泥调制成波美度为1.8~2.0的泥浆,以利于去杂操作,去除其中细小石英颗粒、着色有害赤铁矿和软锰矿等,再经过高温煅烧转化和粉体细化处理,使之转变为具有高活性的矿物掺合料,用该活性矿物掺合料替换12wt%水泥时,水泥胶砂28d抗压强度能够增长15%以上,不但有效解决了洗砂泥堆存和环境污染问题,而且使洗砂泥转变成了具有较高经济价值新型建筑材料。
